Painting with the kids

The school summer holidays are here, and its always difficult coming up with new ways to entertain the kids, especially when the weather isnt so great. These are a few ideas of painting, but with a twist....

Have fun x

  1. Thanks for posting such great ideas.
    The rolling pin is def going to be used.
    BUT i am ashamed to say I could not part with any buttons for painting on.:o))

    {Dab and a dash.}

  2. This is excellent! Thank you for sharing xX

  3. I know what you mean - I am still not sure if we will use my button stash either!!

  7. Brilliant.

    I love the end of a pencil one especially. Aboriginal art here we come!

  8. The use of the rolling pin is awesome! Using the bottom of the 2 liter is also a great idea. It's amazing how much use you can get out of things you already have. I believe having children involved in the arts is very important and buying easels for kids is a great idea. For one, they can draw, paint, and color on the easel and not the walls , and two, it does allow them to use their creativity to express themselves freely.
